Pet Stain Treatment
Pet urine and other pet stains can be difficult to treat and may sometimes become permanent stains as chemical reactions occur causing discoloration of the fiber. We use a urine pre-treatment for dog and cat urine. It is more successful on newer urine stains, since older stains have already discolored the carpet fiber.

Our approach is often quite effective, treating the area with our Pet Stain Remover (Bio-Enzyme), a synergistic blend of bacterial enzymes which break down protein based stains and eliminates odors naturally. We then perform hot water extraction of the area to remove as much of the pet stain as possible. We can also post treat with another deodorizer or stain removal treatment if necessary.

If the areas of concern are few and relatively small, there is generally no additional charge. For more significant spotting, pet urine stain removal service can run from $10 to $50 or more per room depending on the severity of the stains.
